AI automation agency for businesses in the USA and Canada

PromotEdge International is an international web, digital marketing and AI company. We build AI automation for businesses in the USA, Canada and other markets, taking repetitive work out of operations, sales, marketing and HR. Our delivery team is in India, and every automation runs in tools you own.

In short

AI automation means software that does a repeated task your staff do by hand, such as reading documents, updating a CRM, sending follow-ups or routing requests, with AI handling the parts that need reading or judgment. The aim is staff hours back, fewer mistakes and faster replies.

Our work so far covers operational capacity, process automation, marketing automation, CRM and HRMS workflows. [CONFIRM: one true AI automation example with a client name, before launch] Start with one process that costs real hours, and prove it there before automating anything else.

AI automation services we offer

Most companies begin with one of the first four.

  • Process automation

Hand-offs, approvals and data entry between your systems, so a task moves on without someone copying it.

  • CRM automation

Leads captured, enriched, assigned and followed up in the CRM you already use.

  • Marketing automation

Email and message flows triggered by what a lead or customer does, written in your voice.

  • HR and HRMS workflows

Onboarding steps, leave requests and document checks handled inside your HR system.

  • Document processing

Invoices, forms and contracts read and filed, with a person checking anything unusual.

  • Operations capacity

Reports, reminders and status updates that run themselves, so your team handles more without new hires.

  • AI agents

Software that works through a multi-step task using your tools, with limits you set.

  • Chatbots

Answers and lead capture on your site or in messaging apps.

How an AI automation project runs

[CONFIRM: Benjamin Sardar reads this page and confirms these steps match client work]

  1. Map the process

We watch how the task is really done, step by step, and count the hours it takes.

  2. Pick one target

We choose the process with the clearest return, and agree what success means in hours or errors.

  3. Build a pilot

A working version runs on real data, in your tools, with a person approving each output at first.

  4. Check it hard

We test odd cases and bad inputs, and log every decision so you can see why it did what it did.

  5. Roll out and hand over

Once the numbers hold, the checks loosen where it is safe, and your team gets a simple guide.

  6. Look after it

Models, tools and your processes change, so we review each automation on a schedule.

Who does the work, and from where

The work is delivered by our team in India. We travel to our clients every 3 to 4 months.

Why AI automation projects disappoint, and what we do about it

These are typical situations, not results from a named client.

  • A broken process gets automated

If the manual steps are muddled, the automation repeats the muddle faster. We fix the process on paper before we build anything.

  • Data ends up somewhere it should not

Know where your data goes before you send it anywhere. OpenAI, for example, says it does not train on business data by default on its business plans and API. We tell you which services see your data, and keep personal data to the minimum.

  • Errors spread at machine speed

One wrong rule can touch a thousand records by lunch. A person approves outputs during the pilot, and alerts fire when results look unusual.

  • Nobody owns it after launch

An automation with no owner fails quietly. We name who on your side owns each one, and write down how it works.

  • Staff work around it

People keep doing a task by hand when they do not trust the tool. We build it with the staff who do the work today, so they help shape it.

  • You get locked in

If we built it on accounts we control, leaving would be hard. Automations run in your accounts, with your API keys, and the notes stay with you.

Questions buyers ask us

Where does my data go, and who owns what you build?

Your data stays in your systems and in the AI services you approve, under your accounts. We list every service that will see it before we start. What we build for you belongs to you. [CONFIRM: U14 the ownership clause]

What budget should I expect for AI automation?

We do not publish a price list. The cost depends on how many systems the process touches, how messy the data is and how much checking the output needs. The running costs of AI services are separate, and we estimate them for you before you commit.

How long does an automation project take?

A focused pilot on one process can usually be built and tested in weeks. Larger work that spans several systems takes longer. The written plan gives a date for each stage. [CONFIRM: U13 typical project times]

Do we have to replace our current systems?

Usually not. Most automation connects the tools you already have, such as your CRM, HR system, email and spreadsheets. We say plainly if a tool is the real problem.

Which processes should we automate first?

Look for work that is repeated often, follows rules most of the time, and costs real staff hours, such as data entry, routing requests and follow-ups. Leave anything rare, risky or sensitive until the first automation has proved itself.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Against the number agreed at the start: hours saved, errors avoided or reply time. We measure before and after on the same task, and report it in plain words.

Can a remote team build automation for a US or Canadian company?

Yes. Our delivery team is in India, and the work happens in your tools, over the internet, and the people who know the process are yours, so we work closely with them. We travel to our clients every 3 to 4 months, and our working day runs through your night, so changes can be ready by your morning.

Who does the work?

Benjamin Sardar, our Web Lead, leads automation work, with Raju Barui, a backend developer, and Rima Shaw, Senior Account Manager, as your day-to-day contact. They use licensed tools and software. We are available round the clock, 24x7, as per your location.
