White label SEO services for agencies
PromotEdge International does white label SEO for marketing agencies. You sell SEO under your own brand and stay the only name your client sees. Our delivery team in India does the audits, fixes, content and reports behind you.
In short
White label SEO means another team does the SEO work and you sell it as your own. You keep the client, set your own fee and put your logo on the reports.
It suits an agency that has sold more SEO than its team can carry, or one that wants to add SEO without hiring. Before you sign anything, read your client contracts, because some of them bar subcontractors.
White label SEO work you can hand over
Take one piece or the whole account. You decide what the client sees.
Audits in your name
A technical and content audit written for your client, with your logo and tone, ready for you to present.
Keyword and page plans
One owner page for each search, set out in a document you can walk your client through.
Technical fixes
Redirects, speed, structured data and crawl problems, done in the client's CMS or passed to their developers as tickets.
SEO content
Service pages and guides in your client's voice. Your editor has the final say.
AI search work
Clear answers, company facts and profiles for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, as an extra line you can sell.
Monthly reports
Reports under your brand, built on the client's own Search Console and analytics data.
Links and authority
Good reasons for other sites to mention your client.
Who does the work, and from where
The work is delivered by our team in India. We travel to our clients every 3 to 4 months.
How your client and your logins stay safe
Agency owners on forums keep raising the same two fears about resellers: leaked logins and clients going direct. [CONFIRM: Shivanand Mishra reads this page and confirms these commitments]
No shared passwords
We ask for our own user on each tool, never your master login. Search Console has a restricted user level with simple view rights, and that is enough for an audit.
A backup before any change
Before we touch a live site, we take a backup or confirm one exists, and we note how to undo the change.
Your name on everything
Nothing we hand over mentions us, and no link on a client's site points to us. You should never have to link to an SEO, and Google says so.
No contact with your client
We talk to you. We talk to your client only if you ask us to, and then in your name. [CONFIRM: white-label contract terms: an NDA, that your client never learns we exist, and a non-solicit clause]
A clean exit
If you stop, the plans, drafts and report templates stay with you, and we hand back every access we held.
How we start with a new agency
NDA first
The NDA is signed before you share a client name. Then tell us what you sold, to whom, and when it is due.
Way of working
We agree the report template, the tone of voice, who approves what, and whether tasks live in your tool or ours.
One client to begin with
A single account shows you how we work before you hand over more. [CONFIRM: U14 scope of a first job]
The monthly rhythm
The work and a draft report reach you ahead of your client call, so you have time to edit both.
Visits to you
When we travel, we come to your team. We go to your client only if you bring us along.

What goes wrong with white label SEO, and what we do about it
Your client asks a hard question on a call
You are the face of the work, so you need the answer. Each report comes with short notes on what moved and why, in plain words you can repeat.
Margin disappears into rework
Rework usually starts with a vague brief. The scope sheet lists what each month includes, and a named person checks the work before it reaches you.
Reports read like tool exports
A client wants to know if leads came in. We build each report around leads from the client's own data, and rankings come after that.
Time zones slow your approvals
Our working day runs through your night, so we agree a daily cut-off with you. Anything you approve by then can move while you sleep.
You inherit a site a past vendor damaged
A new white label partner can't fix what it hasn't seen. We read the site's history in Search Console first, then tell you what can be promised to the client.
White label SEO, an in-house hire or a freelancer
All three can be right. It depends on how steady your SEO work is.
| Question | White label partner | In-house hire | Freelancer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fits when | Demand rises and falls, or one client needs several skills | You have enough steady SEO work for a full-time person | You have one small account or one clear task |
| Starts after | An NDA and a briefing | Hiring and training | Finding the right person |
| Skills covered | Technical, content and reporting in one team | Whatever that person knows | Usually one or two |
| If someone leaves | The partner covers the work | You hire again | The work stops until you find someone |
| What you must watch | Quality checks, access and the NDA | Keeping that person busy and trained | Holidays and their other clients |
Questions buyers ask us
Is white label SEO the same as SEO reselling?
Mostly, yes. Both mean someone else does the work and you sell it as your own. "Reseller" often points to a fixed package with set tasks, while white label can be shaped to each client. Ask any provider which one you are buying.
Where is your white label SEO team based?
Our delivery team is in India, and that is where the work gets done. We also have contact addresses in Austin, Texas, and North York, Ontario. Your clients buy from you, so where we sit only matters if you promise them something about it.
Will my client ever hear from you?
Not unless you ask us to. One thing to plan for: a client who opens their own Search Console or analytics can see the email addresses of everyone with access. We can use addresses on your agency's domain, so the user list shows your name.
What should I tell a client who asks who does the work?
Tell them you work with a specialist delivery partner under NDA. That is true, and many clients only want to know that someone capable is doing it. Do not say the work is done in-house, or in your city, if it is not.
How much does white label SEO cost, and what margin is left?
We do not publish a price list, and you set your own price to your client, so the margin is yours to decide. Our cost follows the size of the site, how hard the searches are and how much content each month needs. You see it in writing before work starts. [CONFIRM: U14 how agencies are charged]
Do you work in our time zone?
India is about 10 to 13 hours ahead of the USA and Canada. We set calls in your working hours, and we are available round the clock, 24x7, as per your location.
Who does the white label SEO work?
Shivanand Mishra, our Digital Marketing Lead, leads SEO. Milton Das runs the data research, and Raju Barui, a backend developer, handles site fixes. They use licensed tools and software.
What proof can you show before I commit?
[CONFIRM: what white-label work can be shown to an agency before an NDA] Ask any provider for a sample report and a sample audit, then read them as your client would. One small job on one account will tell you more than any slide.
