White label digital marketing services for agencies

PromotEdge International is an international web, digital marketing and AI company. Marketing agencies can hand us SEO, paid ads, web builds and content, and sell all of it under their own brand. Your name stays in front of the client, and our delivery team in India does the work behind you.

In short

White label digital marketing lets an agency offer more services than its own staff can deliver, by buying the work from a partner that stays out of sight.

Most agencies don't need a partner for everything. Keep the work that wins and keeps clients, such as strategy and the client relationship, and hand over the production that eats your week. If you buy more than one service from us, you deal with one contact and one scope sheet, and you have no separate vendor to manage for each.

White label services we offer agencies

Start with the service you are short of. The first three have their own pages with the full detail.

Audits, technical fixes, content and monthly reports for your clients' sites.

  • White label PPC

Google Ads, paid social and LinkedIn campaigns run inside your clients' own ad accounts.

  • White label web development

WordPress, Shopify and custom builds from your designs, with no credit to us anywhere in the site.

  • Content and social

Landing pages, guides and social calendars, written to each client's voice and edited by you.

  • Email and automation

Campaign set-up and lead follow-up flows in the tools your clients already use.

  • Design and branding

Brand and campaign design done remotely, delivered as editable files.

  • Analytics and reporting

Tracking, dashboards and a single report across services, under your logo.

  • AI automation

Chatbots and automations you can add to a client's retainer.

Who does the work, and from where

The work is delivered by our team in India. We travel to our clients every 3 to 4 months.

How your brand stays in front

An agency's name is what it sells, so these rules apply to every service we do for you. [CONFIRM: Shivanand Mishra and Benjamin Sardar read this page and confirm these commitments]

  • One NDA across all services

It covers your clients, your pricing and your methods, so adding a service later needs no new paperwork.

  • Your client stays yours

We stay out of your client's inbox and we will not pitch to them. [CONFIRM: white-label contract terms: an NDA, that your client never learns we exist, and a non-solicit clause]

  • Your templates and tone

Send us your brand kit, report layout and writing rules once. Every team then works from the same set.

  • Access by task

Each person gets only the tool access a task needs, and that access ends with the task.

How a white label partnership starts

  1. Show us your work

After an NDA, walk us through what you sell today and where delivery is stretched.

  2. Choose what to keep

Together we mark what stays in your agency and what comes to us, one line of work at a time.

  3. Agree one scope sheet

It lists each service, what a month includes, who approves it and who your contact is.

  4. Run a first job

One client, one service. You judge the work and the communication before you widen it. [CONFIRM: U14 scope of a first job]

  5. Review each quarter

We go through samples of the work with you, and change what is not good enough.

Where white label partnerships fail, and what we do about it

  • A fixed monthly package goes stale

Search and ad platforms keep changing, so a list of tasks written in January can be wrong by June. We agree a block of work each month and spend it where the account needs it most.

  • Three vendors, three reports

Each vendor reports its own wins, and you spend a day merging them for one client. One partner across services means one report with one story.

  • Sales promises what delivery cannot do

Send us the scope before you quote a new client. We tell you what is realistic while the promise can still be changed.

  • Quality drops after the first few months

The early work gets senior attention, then it fades. A quarterly review of real samples keeps that visible to you, and you can stop any service that slips.

  • A big new client lands at short notice

Tell us while the deal is still in discussion. We agree how much notice a large account needs, so you never promise a start date on a guess.

What to keep in your agency and what to hand over

This split suits most agencies. Move a line if your strength sits somewhere else.

Questions buyers ask us

What is white label digital marketing?

It is marketing work done by one company and sold by another under its own name. Your client buys from you and deals with you, and the partner behind you is covered by an NDA.

Which services should I white label first?

Begin with work that has clear briefs and takes up your team's time, such as technical SEO fixes, content or campaign builds. Leave the strategy calls with your own people until you trust the partner.

Should I pick a big white label firm or a small one?

A big firm has more capacity and more process, and your account may be one of hundreds. A small one gives you closer attention, and it can struggle when you need extra hands. Whichever you choose, ask who would work on your account, and speak to that person before you sign.

How do I judge a white label digital marketing partner?

Ask where the work is done and who does it, because many providers never say. Then ask to see a sample report, how they handle access to client accounts, and what happens to the work if you leave. Vague answers at this stage rarely improve later.

Is white labeling honest to my clients?

It is a normal way to run an agency, in the same way that a builder uses specialist subcontractors. Your client is paying you to get the job done. Keep it honest by never claiming staff, offices or locations you do not have.

How is white label different from outsourcing?

A company that outsources is buying work for itself. An agency that white labels is buying work to resell, so the partner stays hidden and the reports carry the agency's name. If you want help with your own company's marketing, see outsourcing digital marketing.

Is there a minimum commitment?

[CONFIRM: U14 minimum term, notice period and how agencies are charged] We do not publish a price list. Your cost depends on which services you hand over and how many client accounts they cover, and you set your own price to your client.

Where is your team, and do you work with agencies in the USA and Canada?

Our delivery team is in India, and we also have contact addresses in Austin, Texas, and North York, Ontario. The USA and Canada are the markets we serve first, and we set calls in your working hours. We are available round the clock, 24x7, as per your location.
